Looking back on the fiscal year 2020 has shown us the great achievements which are as follows:

• Increasing the budget amount approved by the Budget Bureau (from a 1,714 million baht budget to a 1,765 million baht budget)

• Achieving the budget spending above 95% of planned expenditure

• Designing and implementing the new budgeting system with SAP operating system

• Setting the budgeting system for Walailak Hospital

• Developing the leading and lagging indicators for COSO enterprise risk management
