The University organized a forum where administrators from all units presented their strategies and approaches for driving organizational performance. The event had three key objectives:

1. To provide a platform for administrators from each unit to present their strategies and operational approaches.

2. To promote shared learning and the collaborative development of cross-unit working strategies, enabling the University to achieve its strategic performance indicator targets in accordance with the established strategic plan.

3. To foster positive working relationships between senior executives and unit administrators, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

A total of 65 participants attended the event, including senior executives, administrators from all units, and their representatives. In line with University policy, the event is held annually at the beginning of each fiscal year to build organization-wide understanding and cooperation in effectively translating the University’s policies and strategies into action.

Senior executives play a vital role in leading and encouraging personnel throughout the University to develop a shared vision while supporting staff in working toward the organization’s established goals.
