Welcome to Division of Planning and Strategy. Division of planning and strategy is part of the Office of President. The office is headed by head of division of planning and strategy who reports directly to the Vice President for Planning and Strategy.  The office has two core portfolio areas: (1) budgeting and strategic planning, and (2) risk management and institutional research. We works closely with colleagues across the Schools to integrated planning at the University level, with a particular focus on:

• Developing the mid-term and long-term strategic plans

• Monitoring and measuring the performance of organization

• Preparing the short term and long term (3-year plan) budget

• Developing COSO risk management plan

• Conducting institutional research
