Walailak University, through the Planning and Strategy Division, organized a workshop on “Reviewing Strategies and Operational Measures According to the Strategic Plan 2025-2027” from May 25-26, 2024, at the Khanom Golden Beach Hotel, Khanom District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The purpose of this workshop was to provide a brainstorming platform for senior executives and department heads within the university to review the strategic plan, ensuring it aligns with the current situation and appropriately addresses ongoing changes.

The meeting was attended by 58 participants, including senior executives, department heads, and representatives. The review focused on strategies and operational measures to achieve the university’s strategic indicators, which were approved by the Walailak University Council on February 10, 2024. Executives exchanged views and provided additional recommendations beneficial for developing and advancing the university toward its goal of being ranked among the Top 5 universities in Thailand by 2030, in line with the university’s vision.

This meeting represents a significant step toward enhancing the university’s competitive capability and achieving the strategic goals set for the period 2025-2027.
