Organized activities on recording indicator plans according to the annual operational plan using the WUMIS (SAP) system, along with a knowledge-sharing session on recording performance results in the WU e-Report system for the Fiscal Year 2025.
On Monday, January 6, 2025, from 09:00 to 12:00 hrs., the Planning and Strategy Division, led by the Head of the Division, presided over an activity focused on recording indicator plans in alignment with the annual operational plan using the WUMIS (SAP) system. The event also included a knowledge-sharing session on recording performance results in the WU e-Report system for the Fiscal Year 2025. The activity was held at Chor Pradu Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Building A, Walailak University Medical Center Hospital.
The main objective of this activity was to support planning officers from various university departments in accurately and timely recording their operational indicators and performance results. This ensures that the Planning and Strategy Division can utilize the data to compile reports for university executives and relevant agencies, and provide reliable reference information for future planning and decision-making.
The Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of the Planning and Strategy Division organizes this activity annually to promote awareness among departments about the importance of performance reporting in accordance with university policy, and to improve the accuracy and credibility of such reports.
During the event, recognition and souvenirs were presented to departments that demonstrated outstanding cooperation by submitting complete and timely performance reports. These included:
