The Planning and Strategy Division organized the first follow-up meeting on the implementation of the Fiscal Year 2025 operational plan.

The objective of the meeting was to monitor the progress of each department within the university based on their annual performance commitments. This meeting reviewed the performance over a seven-month period (October 2024 – April 2025) and was held on May 20–21, 2025, at Hua Tapan Meeting Room, Building A, Walailak University Medical Center Hospital. Approximately 80 participants, including executives, department heads, and the organizing team, attended the meeting.

This meeting was conducted in accordance with the President’s administrative policy, which requires all departments to report their performance twice a year. The next follow-up meeting, covering an eleven-month period, is scheduled to take place on August 18–19, 2025.
