Walailak University’s Planning and Strategy Division organized the second follow-up meeting on the implementation of the fiscal year 2025 operational plan during August 18–19, 2025. The meeting was held at the Phattharadhammaphon Conference Room, 9th Floor, Building D, Walailak University Medical Center Hospital, with approximately 80 participants including executives, heads of departments, and relevant team members.

The objective of this meeting was to monitor the performance of all university units based on their annual performance agreements over an 11-month period (October 2024 – August 2025). This initiative is part of the President’s management policy, which emphasizes continuous performance reporting twice a year to enhance organizational efficiency and development.

The next meeting will focus on reviewing the year-end performance for fiscal year 2025. The Planning and Strategy Division will compile the final performance results of all units to support planning and development for the upcoming fiscal year.
