On 8 January 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, the Division of Planning and Strategy, led by its Head, organized a knowledge-sharing session on recording performance indicator plans under the 2027 Annual Action Plan in the WUMIS (SAP) system and reporting performance results under the 2026 Annual Action Plan in the WU E-Report system. The session was held at the Mokhalan Meeting Room on the third floor of the Professor Dr. Vichit Srisa-an Building, Walailak University.

The activity aimed to assist planning officers from units across the University in accurately and comprehensively preparing their annual action plans, recording performance indicators, and reporting operational results within the prescribed timelines. It also sought to enable the Division of Planning and Strategy to use the data to prepare performance reports for submission to University executives and relevant units.

The information collected will also serve as a valuable reference for units when planning and making future decisions. The Administrative Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Section of the Division of Planning and Strategy organizes this activity annually to raise awareness among all units of the importance of preparing annual action plans and reporting performance results in accordance with University policies. This process also helps ensure that performance reports are accurate, complete, and reliable.

During the event, appreciation was expressed and commemorative gifts were presented to units that demonstrated outstanding cooperation by submitting accurate and complete performance reports within the prescribed deadlines. The recognized units were:
