Walailak University Holds Six-Month Performance Review for Fiscal Year 2026, Advancing Strategic Goals toward Successful Implementation.
Walailak University, through the Division of Planning and Strategy, organized its first performance monitoring meeting for Fiscal Year 2026, covering the six-month period from October 2025 to April 2026. The meeting aimed to review operational performance and jointly identify solutions to challenges that could hinder the achievement of the University’s goals.
Held from 9 to 10 April 2026 at the Pattaradhammaporn Meeting Room on the ninth floor of Building C, Walailak University Medical Center Hospital, the meeting brought together representatives from units across the University to report on their operational progress.
The key areas of focus included:
Monitoring performance agreements: Reviewing the performance of all university units against their established key performance indicators and targets.
Proactive problem-solving: Providing executives with an opportunity to gain direct insight into the challenges and obstacles encountered during implementation and to jointly determine practical solutions to ensure that operations proceed successfully according to plan.
The meeting was organized in accordance with the President’s administrative policy, which requires every university unit to report its performance twice a year. This approach is intended to promote an efficient, transparent, and accountable operational system.
As the next step, the Division of Planning and Strategy is scheduled to organize an 11-month performance monitoring meeting from 17 to 18 August 2026. The meeting will provide an overall review of the University’s performance before the end of the fiscal year.
